Introduction

-Welcome to Rudan Hotels & Camps! These General Terms of Use and Reservations (“Terms”) refer to the provision of accommodation services in the hotels and camps of Rudan Hotels & Camps, as well as the rules for using our communication and sales channels. Their purpose is to clearly define the rights and obligations of both our guests and our companies in order to avoid misunderstandings and to ensure a pleasant and safe stay experience.

These Terms also contain all mandatory pre-contractual information in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Commerce Act.
By using our services and making a reservation, you confirm that you are familiar with these Terms and that you accept them.

General Provisions

To ensure clarity and protect the rights and obligations of all parties involved, we define the general business framework here.
• These Terms apply to all reservations, regardless of whether they are made directly through us or via our authorized partners.
• The Terms apply to all types of accommodation – hotel rooms, apartments, mobile homes, and camping pitches.
• Special offers and package arrangements are subject to additional conditions, which are clearly available at the time of booking.

Basic Information about Reservations

Before confirming your reservation, it is important to understand what the price includes and what additional costs may apply.
• All prices are expressed in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
• Tourist tax and additional services are charged according to the valid price list.
• Reservations can be made via the website, e-mail, phone, in person at the reception, or through authorized partners.
• During the booking process, the guest has access to these Terms and confirms acceptance of them.

Reservation Guarantee and Advance Payment

Reservation guarantee ensures that your accommodation unit will be held until the agreed arrival time.
• The guarantee is provided by credit card, advance payment, or agency voucher, depending on the terms of the offer.
• The typical advance payment amounts to 30% of the total stay price, unless otherwise stated in the special offer.
• If the guarantee is not provided within the specified period, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
• The credit card may be charged in advance, no later than 7 days before arrival (or within another deadline specified in the reservation confirmation).
• The guarantee is used exclusively according to the cancellation policy.

Conditions for Children and Additional Persons

To make the stay comfortable for both families and individuals, we have defined clear rules regarding children and additional persons.
• Children up to a certain age (specified in the price list) stay free of charge if sharing a bed with parents or guardians.
• For children older than the specified age or for extra beds, prices from the valid price list apply.
• Baby cots and extra beds are available depending on availability and upon prior request.

Cancellation, Changes, and Early Departure

We understand that plans may change unexpectedly, so we provide clear cancellation and modification rules.
• Free cancellation is possible within the period specified in the reservation confirmation or special offer.
• After that period, a cancellation fee will be charged, usually equal to the first night or the full reservation amount, depending on the offer conditions.
• In case of a no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
• In case of early departure, we reserve the right to charge up to 100% of the unused part of the reservation, depending on the offer conditions.
• Date changes are possible with an additional charge or price adjustment, subject to availability.

Price Changes

• We reserve the right to change prices in the event of significant inflation (more than 5% annually), changes in tax rates, or other legal obligations.
• The guest will be informed of the change without delay, and if the new price is not accepted, they have the right to cancel the reservation free of charge.

Check-in and Check-out

To ensure a smooth arrival and departure, each reservation will include precise information about check-in and check-out times. Rules vary depending on the property, type of accommodation, and season.
• The exact check-in and check-out times will be stated in your reservation confirmation and/or the information e-mail sent before arrival.
• Please respect the stated times so we can prepare the accommodation for you and for arriving guests.
• Early check-in or late check-out is possible upon prior agreement and potential additional charge, subject to availability.

Rights and Obligations of Guests

During the stay, we expect guests to respect the rules and other guests, while we provide a safe and pleasant environment.
• use the accommodation unit carefully and in accordance with the house rules,
• respect legal regulations and property rules,
• compensate for any damage caused by their fault or by persons they are responsible for.
In case of serious violation of the house rules or safety disturbance, the service provider has the right to terminate the contract and request the guest to leave the property without refund.

Pets

To ensure a pleasant stay for both guests and their pets, special rules apply.
• Pets are allowed only in certain units and at an additional charge.
• Pets must be supervised and must not disturb other guests.
• The owner is responsible for any damage or additional cleaning.

Special Rules for Camps

To ensure a safe, peaceful, and enjoyable camping experience, additional rules are established. They help maintain order and guest satisfaction.
• Equipment setup: Tents, caravans, and camper vans may only be set up on designated pitches or locations according to staff instructions.
• Quiet hours: Night rest is defined by the house rules of each property or camp. The exact quiet hours will be stated in the information provided upon arrival. Please avoid noise, loud music, or other disturbances during that time.
• Open flames: The use of barbecues and open flames is allowed only in designated areas, with respect to fire safety measures.
• Waste: Waste must be disposed of in designated containers. Leaving garbage outside designated areas is prohibited.
• Use of shared sanitary facilities: Guests must leave facilities clean after use and follow hygiene rules.
• Child safety: Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children in the camp, especially near water or playgrounds.

Liability of Rudan Hotels & Camps

Our goal is to provide services in accordance with the confirmed reservation, but some situations are beyond our control.
• Rudan d.o.o., Hoteli Vodice d.d., Pine Beach d.d., and Punta Longa d.o.o. are responsible for providing services according to the confirmed reservation and description of the offer in the properties they manage.
• We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, weather conditions, public works, third-party failures).
• We reserve the right to change accommodation to one of the same or higher category without additional charge in exceptional situations.

Additional Services

To make your stay even more pleasant and fulfilling, our hotels and camps offer various additional facilities and activities.
• Wellness and spa services, including massages, treatments, and use of pools, saunas, and other facilities.
• Sports facilities such as courts, equipment rental, and organized activities.
• Organized excursions and experiences in the destination, guided by trusted partners.
• Additional amenities such as bike rental, transfers, special menus, or celebrations.
• Each additional service has its own specific cancellation and payment terms, available at the time of booking or at the reception.

Complaints and Claims

It is important to us that any difficulties are resolved immediately while you are still our guest. This way, we can ensure your stay remains a positive experience.
• Complaints should be reported immediately during the stay at the property reception.
• Complaints submitted after the stay will be resolved according to the valid regulations of the Republic of Croatia.
• We undertake to respond to a written complaint within 15 days of receipt, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

Personal Data Protection

  1. Your privacy is important to us, and the processing of your personal data is carried out in accordance with applicable laws and our joint Privacy Policy.
    • The Privacy Policy is available on the official websites of Rudan Hotels & Camps and applies to Rudan d.o.o., Hoteli Vodice d.d., Pine Beach d.d., and Punta Longa d.o.o.
    • All data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently, and only for the purposes for which it was collected.

Statement on the Protection of Personal Data Transmission

The protection of personal data is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 (the Regulation), as well as the implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation.

Monri WSPay, as the entity responsible for credit card authorization and payment processing, handles personal data in the capacity of a data processor and processes such data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and in compliance with the strict rules of the PCI DSS Level 1 standard for the protection of data entry and transmission.

Monri WSPay uses an SSL certificate with 256-bit encryption and the TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest levels of protection for data entry and transmission.

Personal data used for the purpose of authorization and payment processing, i.e., for the fulfillment of contractual obligations or obligations arising from a contract, are considered confidential and are not processed or used for any purpose other than the execution of the authorization and payment processing agreement.

Monri WSPay guarantees compliance with all requirements prescribed by applicable personal data protection regulations for data processors, particularly the implementation of all necessary technical, organizational, and security measures, as further confirmed by its PCI DSS Level 1 certification.

Intellectual Property

The content of our websites and promotional materials is the result of our teams’ work and is protected by copyright.
• Unauthorized copying, distribution, or other use is prohibited without written permission.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

To ensure legal clarity, all provisions of these Terms are interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
• For all disputes, the competent court is the one at the registered office of the company (Rudan d.o.o., Hoteli Vodice d.d., Pine Beach d.d., or Punta Longa d.o.o.) which is the contracting party in the specific accommodation agreement.

Amendments to the Terms

These Terms are updated from time to time to reflect changes in business or legal obligations.
• The updated version is published on our website and enters into force on the date of publication.
• Guests with active reservations will be informed of changes via e-mail or upon arrival at the property.
